Shipping:

We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS as well as DHL for the most affordable shipping rates for a company such as ours. We offer reasonable prices with a small packaging fee and insurance on every package delivered. In some cases there will be a fuel surcharge according to the 'fuel price of the day' and the cost of business according to the shipper of choice.

Shipping to- Canada, Alaska, hawaii and everywhere outside the greater 48 States:

Products shipped outside of the United States are usually most affordable when shipped via USPS. This can save you as much as 50% less in shipping costs although USPS can be a very slow shipping method.

Returns:

To keep our initial prices low and to keep those who would rather copy and return components which unfairly hurts our partons and keeps us from being able to develop more products cost effectively, we require a 15% restocking fee on all components returned due to incorrect or other unneeded components. All returns must be approved by BMC previous to credit and must be accompanied by a copy of the original reciept.

Defective components will be replaced at no charge within the warrenteed time frame of each component.

Please Note: Always inspect the product upon delivery to avoid any return hassels in the future.If you find a problem with a product sold through BMC, email us with the issue and further return instructions. Refunds will not be issued for Damaged, Incomplete, Special Order or Installed products. Wiring and electrical products are non-returnable. Returns sent due to our error will be replaced with the same products along with reasonable shipping charges. We do not reimburse for packaging and third party shipping services.
