Flywheel, Steel RWD Internal Balanced 60 degree application

What we refer to as "the lighter steel flywheel" is one of our more popular flywheels for the use of the RWD motor conversions. This factory style "light" unit is ready to bolt on and weighs 25% lighter then the standard F-body most people use in their conversions. Ready to bolt on and go- no retrofit for our standard conversions. Purchase one through us save time and hassel factor of having one resurfaced, new ring gears and other potential issues. We have about a half dozen different styles of standard flywheels so Please specify Year and Style motor along with clutch/gearbox style for proper system fit.

This is the INTERNAL balance unit for aprox 1987+

PLEASE NOTE: When replacing your flexplate with a flywheel, you Must replace the standard bolts with BMC part # 7-120. The OEM units for flexplate are too short and could come apart under load which can cause damage or severe injury.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a "drivers side" starter (USA- LHD vehicles), then you will need to look into our "FWD" flywheels.

ORIGINAL MOTOR YEAR AND ORIGINAL VEHICLE TYPE MUST BE STATED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PROPER FLYWHEEL.
