Considering Relocation?
Consider Minnesota It's a Great Place with Lots of things to do. Indoor/Outdoor Entertainment. Cities, Suburbs, Country. We consider our location as the fringe of the Northern suburb, located less than one hour from The Twin Cities: Minneapolis/St. Paul. Very Low crime rate, A Great place to Raise our Families. Good schools and lots of home schoolers as well. Housing prices on the high Average for the midwest, but also speaking from experience, we tend to have nicer homes with basements, and larger garages for all the projects we tend to play with compared to many areas around the country. Job seekers have no issue finding good work for other family members as the Twin Cities are diverse with business types.
Indoor activities are okay for some, but speaking from personal experience, and most of us being outdoor types: Ice Racing (motorbikes and Cars on frozen lakes), or more relaxed: Ice fishing, but you have to understand, thats only a few months a year. Hunting of all sorts. We have hot summers, and Minnesota has a great Car Culture, and many Genres and Car club types. Showing, Autocross, SCCA, Classic Club racing, Drag racing, or just about any type of racing. Check out the MSRA Back to the Fifties event: a three day event and certainly the largest and best car show you could ever go to.
