SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOSS

Parts damaged in shipping will be paid for or replaced by carrier.

Always open packages as soon as they have been received to verify that all contents are inventoried, correct, and in good condition.

WEB BASED PRICING

Although we make it a point to sell parts at set prices, on occasion, the website pricing does not get updates as quick as prices move. On the seldom occasion that we are restocking and prices have gone up too far for us to just allow the item to pass, we will inform you of a price difference so you can make the decision to purchase or remove from an order.

ACCOUNT

While we hold your account private and will not knowingly release your information, it is your responsibility to use a computer that is free of spyware, other potential users and possible security breaches due to insufficient security on the systems you run. If your account billing information does not match your ship to address, we may refuse shipping and/or accepting orders placed under any account.

PRIVACY

We Value your privacy and understand (from experience) how junk emails and other 'requests' can really be bothersome- or worse! We will not in any way knowingly release any information passed on to us unless we have your specific permission to do so.

ORDER DATE VS. OUT FOR DELIVERY DATE

We are a Small Company with many of our items on special order, and built to your requirements. If speed is of the essence, You should consider ordering greatly in advance. Contact us Ahead of your order for best results! Many items are on our shelf and we work to ship packages out the door within 72 hours. Some items take 8-12 weeks to produce before packaging and shipping occur. In an ideal world, we would have more specialty items on the shelf, but as we are building specialty low volume products and want to do our best o keep our prices down, this means we work with smaller amounts of stock which will most certainly cause delays.

SHIPPING ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

We most commonly ship through United States Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS). Depending on rates and shipping class, we sometimes will use others. We offer reasonable prices with a small packaging fee on every package delivered. In some cases there will be a fuel surcharge according to the 'fuel price of the day' and the cost of business according to the shipper of choice.

Shipping to- Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and everywhere outside the greater 48 States:

Products shipped outside of the United States are usually most affordable when shipped via USPS. This can save costs compared to the UPS Service, but package delivery time can vary widely and once it has left our building.  In some Countries, there will be various Fees attached to your order by your Country or the Delivery Service used. Any additional fees will be paid by the purchaser.

RETURNS ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

A 20% restocking fee plus freight Fees will be applied to All acceptable returned items. All items must be return in unopened packages with all hardware, instructions and all corresponding components. Installed items and wiring are Non-returnable. All returns must be approved by BMC previous to credit and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt along with a Printed copy of the Return Authorization email.

Defective components will be replaced at no charge within the warrantied time frame of each component.

Please Note: Always inspect the product upon delivery to avoid any return hassle in the future. If a problem is found with a product sold through BMC, email us with the issue within the acceptable 24 hour window to receive further return instructions. Refunds will not be issued for Damaged, Incomplete, Special Orders, or Installed products. 

Additional BMC British Automobile Online Sales Parts Warranty

Wiring, and electrical products are non-returnable. Returns sent due to our error will be replaced with the same products along with reasonable shipping charges. We do not reimburse for packaging and third party shipping services.

All other items have a 12 month exchange type warranty on them from the date of order as long as the product has not been abused, installed incorrectly, used incorrectly, in unsafe conditions, or raced. 

Additional Classic Auto LEDs Online Sales Parts Warranty

Our Warranty is Simple. Light systems Manufactured by Classic Auto LEDs lights are warrantied free of defects for 10 Years. 

Outside of having the Board crushed or intentionally/unintentionally broke, if any of our light sets stop working in the first 10 years after your initial purchase, we'll repair the light it for free. All we ask is for a shipping fee back if they are over 24 months old. Proof of purchase for the 24 months required for no charge on freight, otherwise no proof of purchase required if you are paying shipping.

If you need to file a warranty claim for repairs. Contact Us before sending the board. We will send a Return Authorization so our team knows why the light was returned and what to doso we can get it back in Your hands ASAP!
