Parts Coordinator / Shipping & Receiving – Full Time Classic Conversions by BMC – Isanti, MN
We're hiring a reliable Parts Coordinator to keep our classic car restoration shop and online parts shipping running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role focused on receiving incoming packages, shipping orders, organizing inventory, and making sure our mechanics have the parts they need. No sales or heavy customer contact — just steady work with a great small team that feels like family.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
- Receive and check in incoming parts/packages
- Pack and ship outgoing orders (usually 20 or fewer per week)
- Keep inventory organized and up-to-date
- Pull parts for mechanics and ongoing projects
- Create simple purchase orders when needed
- Help maintain a clean and organized parts area
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
- Are dependable and show up ready to work
- Stay organized and can handle multiple small tasks without dropping the ball
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and work well with others
- Are comfortable with basic computer use (we'll fully train you on our system)
- Can lift up to 40 lbs when needed
- Enjoy a shop environment (no fancy office required)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the USA
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Good attention to detail and basic writing skills
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Any previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, retail, or automotive experience
- Interest in classic cars (we'll teach you the specifics)
