All those small electrical pieces in one kit, with the included battery cut out switch that we prefer. The only item that we don't Currently offer in the kit is the main battery lead cable from the switch to the starter, which most often, most people are still using the one that came with the car pending the plastic sheathing isn't disintegrating. Although this kit was designed for the MGB, we find it very useful for just about any car, or conversion type.
Installing the cut out switch allows the battery power to be instantly cut, which makes for easier/safer testing during the build, a good way to cut power if required when out and about, and good to cut the power when the car is going to be stored during the off-season. BMC installs these switches in MGA and MGB's in front of the battery, just behind the passenger seat, giving easy access from the drivers seat.
Comes with the following:
• 180 Continuous Amp Battery cut out, with 1,000 Amp Surge capability.
• Two Earth (Ground) Strap cables. One from motor to chassis, the second gearbox to chassis.
• Two battery feed cables. One from starter to alternator. The second from the starter to power junction block. One cable comes with generic boot for alternator.
• Power junction block with 100 amp fuse.
• Battery Cable Set- aprox cable length of 10", red and black.
