This CNC upper intake manifold fits the Edelbrock Lower 60*V6 manifold giving the possibility of a 4 barrel carburetor on the Iron Head GM 60ºV6 in engine bays with very tight clearance. The cast upper intake sold by others will NOT fit the MGB (and other!) engine bays without significant clearance or bodywork to your car. Purchase this to avoid a lot of steelwork and paint on your car.
Good engines to convert to the 4 barrel: 2.8 and 3.1L V6 engines, or for those that want the nostalgia of playing with a carburetor.
If you have a stock 3.4L Camaro/Firebird engine, the fuel injection system is easily handleable by anyone with the right parts, and runs the same in price when complete. If you are going back and forth on carb vs. fuel injection, contact us for advice.
