Our Radiator Relocation Kit is Great to mount a later type MGB radiator in all 1962 through 1976 MGBs. The "Late Model" MGB radiators offer Additional cooling capacity, and move the cooling system forward to allow for forward facing intake system, and in some cases, longer engines.
We use this kit in all MGBs conversions as it utilizes Factory British Motor Heritage components, along with BMC mounting hardware.
Includes instructions in kit by BMC for an easier Installation.
Allows for:
• Additional room for intake systems on front of any I4, I6, V6, V8 motors
• Increase your radiator capacity with the taller forward radiators, more forward engine bay room, and intake air space/CFM flow with our kit
• All Hardware and Instructions for fitment included with the kit
Note: Requires sheet metal trimming. Welding optional. No Radiator or hoses are included in this kit. Suggested radiator depends on needed inlet/outlet locations, but is commonly a variation of the 1980 MGB radiator.
