These 4inch square, 1/8" thick plates are used to build removable portions of the unibody or chassis. In house, we use these to produce removable subframes under the gearbox on both the MGB as well as the MGA. Weld a plate to each side of the area you have cut out, bolt a plate to the inside of that, and then cut and weld a tube between the two.
Sold Individually: Require a Quantity of FOUR, for the recommended use above. Many other uses, but this is a common one for our needs on more Advanced Conversions.
These may be the coolest thing since sliced... beans- if you've ever tried to build these on your bandsaw and drillpress. The blades and bits you'll go through would otherwise cost more than these are offered at.
