The Main Positive and Negative Battery Cables on most vehicle builds are Often Overlooked as they are Sold seperately from wiring relay and fuse wiring loom kits.

Determine the condition of the cables on your vehicle, then simplify your life by order our all in one High Amp Battery-to-Starter-power-cable-kit.

Choose from our following kits:

Basic

• 180 Continuous Amp Battery cut out, with 1,000 Amp Surge capability INCLUDES: Terminals to splice between preexisiting cables

Our basic cut out switch with terminals to fit in your existing cable is a good choice for those who have good battery cables, good remaining ground wires, and a good cable between the starter and battery. It allows the battery to be cut during testing, for months of off-season storage- and security if things get sketchy.

Intermediate

• 180 Continuous Amp Battery cut out, with 1,000 Amp Surge capability and Terminals as required

• Battery Negative and Positive cables (Aprox 10" length cables)

• Main Cable (6' length to go from rear to front of most vehicles) fits between cut-off switch to Starter

Complete

• 180 Continuous Amp Battery cut out, with 1,000 Amp Surge capability and Terminals as required

• Battery Negative and Positive cables (Aprox 10" length cables)

• Main Cable (6' length to go from rear to front of most vehicles) fits between cut-off switch to Starter

• Two High Quality Braided Earth (Ground) Strap cables. One from motor to chassis, the second tailhousing to chassis.

To tie the Alternator, Main wiring Panel and Starter to each other, check out our power junction block options. We use both these kits on all our in-house builds!

TIP: Installing the Cut out switch in MGAs and MGBs in house is set up in the bulkhead forward of the battery, just behind the passenger seat within 3 inches of the propshaft tunnel, giving easy access from the drivers seat yet hidden from view. Great when the battery needs to be disconnected, which happens more often on collector cars than you imagine.
